It feels good to have the time to now keep up the blog once more. As some of you know I have been writing a memoir and to put memories into words can be quite challenging, not to mention emotional. Once the memories start to come, they trigger others and so on. I have been meditating alot and looking within myself. It helps me to feel grounded and helps me deal with stress. I love to meditate while going on a long walk in the woods. Sometimes just sitting on a bench or rock and looking out into the trees and the stream that goes through the park that I like to visit. You know once we get too busy in life, sometimes we forget about all of that which is around us.
This are my thoughts, feelings, and the tales of my adventures as I travel around the world and meet interesting people, sample great food, and visit some of my favorite places to relax and have fun...
